Gay Pridefest 2009

Pride is very soon and we need to kick it into high gear! This Pride season has come upon us fast and fabulously.

We hope you dug out your rainbow gear, because this year’s Pride is going to be the best, and this year’s volunteers are going to be the brightest! Without volunteers, Pride would not happen. We want our community and the world to know that we are PROUD of who we are.  I want to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your help, spirit, and effort.

Show your support for Pride 2008 and your community by becoming a Pride volunteer. As a volunteer you start making a difference and have fun while it happens!

There are volunteer opportunities for people of almost all skills, backgrounds, and ability levels. The majority of our Pride volunteers will be needed at the Pride Festival. There will be an orientation for the event. In recognition of your support and as a token of our appreciation each Pride 2008 volunteer will receive a Pride t-shirt and some other Pride prize.
